Intent on delivering engaging training sessions, I pursued a Facilitation Certificate at Saint-Paul University and a Post-graduate Diploma in Andragogy at Université du Québec en Outaouiais. My passion is training trainers, and my mission is to seduce all trainers to the concept of integrating facilitation skills to their training sessions to reach people and to
